What is Included:

Before The Wedding
  • 1 Free Consultation 

  • 4 Zoom Meetings 

  • 1 venue walk through two months prior to the wedding 

  • Month-to Month Checklist to assist couple with planning 

  • Shared Google Drive with all meeting notes between planner and the couple 

  • Collection of all COI (insurance from vendors) to be provided to venue 

  • Final Wedding details to be emailed to all vendors  

  • Review all vendor contracts 

  • 1 hour rehearsal prior to the wedding to walk through the ceremony details : Processional lineup and Recessional lineup

First Zoom Meeting â€‹

  • Review vendors and discuss what vendors are still needed 
  • Provide the couple with preferred vendor list 
  • Make notes of all vendors that the couple would like quotes from 
  • Timeline 
  • Create the order of the Processional, Recessional and Reception Entrances. 
  • Couple will receive a month-to-month breakdown within 72 hours after the meeting

Second Zoom Meeting ​

  • Go over the quotes from the vendors 

  • Create a detailed floor plan 

  • Review the Ceremony details 

  • Review  the vision of ceremony decorations 

  • Review the month-to-month breakdown and answer any questions  the couple may have

Third Zoom Meeting â€‹

  • Review the month-to-month breakdown and answer any questions  the couple may have 

  • Review the cocktail hour details 

  • Review  the vision of cocktail decorations 

  • Review the seating chart plan 

  • Discuss the rehearsal 

​

Fourth Zoom Meeting ​

  • Review the Reception details 

  • Review the Reception decorations 

  • Review any changes that have been made 

  • Review song selections 

  • Review photo details 

  • 48 hours after the fourth zoom meeting a final copy of the detailed notes will be sent over to all vendors. 

​

Set up of Decorations :
  • All decor is provided by the couple and delivered to Zfairygodplanner morning of the wedding 

  • A minimum of 4 hours prior to the ceremony is required for set-up.

  • Ceremony decorations which include : candles, vases, petals, lanterns, unity table, and reserved seats. 

  • Signage: unplugged sign, welcome sign, seating chart, gift card sign, table numbers and name plates

  • Welcome table: card box, pictures, sign in book and  bar sign

  • Linens: on the highboys, cake table, sweetheart table, guest tables and welcome table 

  • Cocktail hour: decorations to be placed on the high boys 

  • Guest tables : centerpieces, charger plates , napkins and menus 

  • Sweet heart table: Mr. and Mrs. Flutes and table decorations

Vendors 

  • Check in all vendors â€‹

  • Coordinate all vendor meals 

  • Distribute any tips or additional payments provided by the couple  

​

During the Wedding 

  • Line up the bridal party for processional 

  • Coordinate photos during cocktail hour 

  • Coordinate entrances into reception with the DJ

  • Coordinate first dance and additional dances with the DJ

  • Keep the timeline organized 

  • Coordinate bouquet toss and garter removal

  • Coordinate toasts with the DJ

  • Coordinate cake cutting for the couple 

  • Coordinate the grand exit

Clean Up​

  • Couple to assign someone who will take the decorations home 

  • Ceremony Decorations : candles, vases, petals, lanterns, unity table, and reserved seats. 

  • Welcome table: card box, pictures, sign in book and  bar sign

  • Linens: on the highboys, cake table, sweetheart table, guest tables and welcome table 

  • Cocktail hour: decorations to be placed on the high boys 

  • Guest tables : centerpieces, charger plates , napkins and menus 

  • Sweet heart table: Mr. and Mrs. Flutes and table decorations

  • Bride and Grooms personal items 

  • Final walk through with venue

Not Included  

  • Placement of ceremony or reception chairs or stacking of chairs. 

  • Moving tables 

  • Any handling of food or beverages 

  • Cutting or serving of cake or deserts 

  • Placement of china 

  • Neon signs 

  • Building of any structures or arches

  • Repurposing the arch to sweetheart table

  • Draping  of any kind this includes arches, crosses, etc. 

  • Mopping or Sweeping

  • Setting up Zooms during the wedding

  • Set up of music, video, photography, photo booths, etc.
